Try something new or build on your skills in a single hands-on session. These one-time classes are perfect for beginners, couples, friends, or anyone wanting a creative break.

Private Pottery Painting

Unleash your creativity with this 3-hour pottery painting experience! Choose up to two handmade ceramic pieces, customized to your theme, to paint with vibrant underglazes. Ages 9+ welcome.

    • Customizable pieces: Each participant can choose up to two handmade pieces specifically prepared for the workshop, such as mugs, plates, or bowls (customization required prior to the event).

    • Materials: A variety of colored underglazes, brushes, and optional stencils for inspiration.

    • Guided instruction: Step-by-step guidance.

    • Firing and finishing: I will handle the firing of all pieces after the event and arrange delivery to the event organizer.

  • $100 per person (minimum 2 participants).

    For events located more than 20 miles from ZIP code 33309, additional travel fees may apply.

  • Must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for coordination, creation, and kiln firing.

Surface Decoration Workshop

A creative and relaxing 3-hour workshop to explore the sgraffito technique, where participants will decorate unique, hand-crafted ceramic pieces. This process involves carving through layers of underglaze to reveal the clay beneath, creating patterns and designs. Ages 9+ welcome.

    • Customizable pieces: Each participant can choose up to two handmade pieces specifically prepared for the workshop, such as mugs, plates, or bowls (customization required prior to the event).

    • Materials: A variety of colored underglazes, carving tools, and optional stencils for inspiration.

    • Guided instruction: Step-by-step explanation of the sgraffito process with live demonstrations.

    • Firing and finishing: I will handle the firing of all pieces after the event and arrange delivery to the event organizer.

A 3-hour creative experience where you’ll learn pinch pots and coils to craft up to two unique ceramic pieces, painted during the class. Fully customizable for your event theme,. Ages 9+ welcome.

  • Customizable experience: Participants will learn two handbuilding techniques—pinch pots and coils—and choose their preferred method to create their pieces. Each person can make up to two small pieces or one larger piece during the session.

    Materials: Includes clay (1 lb per piece, provided as soft clay balls or prepared coils), handbuilding tools, and underglazes for decorating during the class.

    Guided instruction: A 3-hour private class with step-by-step guidance and live demonstrations of both techniques.

    Firing and finishing: I will handle the firing of all pieces after the event and arrange delivery to the event organizer.
